[REVIEW] Tiny Tea Teatox by Your Tea

tinytea4

The new trend in the health department seems to be detoxing. Anything from juices to tea supposedly would help you cleanse your body and might even help you slim down. I’ve seen tons of before and after shots of people drinking tea and it immediately got my attention. I had the opportunity to test the Tiny Tea Teatox by Your Tea!

I tested the Tiny Tea Teatox 14 days. Basically for three times a day, you drink a cup of tea 30 minutes before or after your meal. According to the Your Tea website, it should help me with:

  • bloating
  • indigestion
  • problematic skin
  • cellulite
  • increase energy
  • reduction of excess weight
  • increase energy

Before I start the actual review, I should say that I am the kind of person who works out and tries to eat as healthy as possible with the occasional cheat meals. I love drinking tea and usually without sugar.

First Impression

Being made from different kind of Chinese teas, the Tiny Tea really smells like your typical Chinese herbal tea. I actually did not mind this at all because I am used to drinking this kind of tea but I can imagine some people being put off by it. I always drink my tea without any sugar and I must say that the taste is not bad. I thought I would get drunk on bitterness but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste.

Did it work?

First of all, I peed like a maniac after drinking this tea. If you do the math, 3 times a day – 250ml tea – that is 750ml in your system + drinking any additional liquids, no wonder the toilet became my best friend. I felt less bloated after drinking this tea. One of my problems is actually looking like I am 9 months pregnant after my meals. The tea actually helped reduce bloating. Since I do not really have skin or energy problems, I did not notice much difference in that department. I can imagine that the tea does makes your skin better because you are cleansing it through your body but then again, water does the same thing.

Would I do it again?

Yes and no. I do believe that the blend of Chinese teas actually goes back on its promise of having healthy benefits. However, I have a slight suspicion that any other cheaper tea can also do that such as green tea. For the price that they are selling it, I can buy myself 5 boxes of green tea.

BEAR IN MIND

Every one has a different body type. While it may work wonders for some people, others might not even notice anything. Also do not expect that this is some kind of magic slimming potion while you can keep on eating junk food and sitting on your couch. The tea only has benefits if you combine it with some form of healthy lifestyle.

  • Goede, eerlijke review!
