The best things come with Belgian designers, more or less…. In my case it does. For several weeks now I’ve been showing you Belgian fashion after another. Was it intentional? Sort of. I’m on a mission to collect (more like hoarding) clothing by Belgian designers. Goal of 2016: Step away from commercialized cheap produced clothing and embrace quality with Belgian designs.

In a time where clothing company are asked to expose themselves and be 100% transparent, Bruno Pieters is an absolute front runner with his ‘Honest By’ brand.

Honest by is the first company in the world to offer price transparency to their customer and to make their entire supply chain public. Above all, the clothing he has designed is absolutely astonishingly beautiful which definitely helps when buying the clothing.

My jacket is not necessarily  from Honest by but it’s from the same designer and the same design esthetics. The intricate pleading takes this jacket to another level. The asymmetry is stunningly weird.
