On 2,3 and 4th September, Zalando invited me to Berlin to attend Bread&Butter, a trend show open to the public where brands sold at Zalando give a taste of their collections. Complete with fashion shows, Bread&Butter breaks barriers and gives consumers access to new products first hand. Me traveling to another country? That calls for an outfit post!

I have a love hate relationship with Berlin. The first time I travelled to Berlin was ‘okay’. I’ve seen every historic thing that I wanted to see aka I was being a mega tourist. However, countless people have told me Berlin is the place to be in Europe but I was not feeling it.

Second time around, Zalando gave me the opportunity to give Berlin a second chance. Even though that time was very limited, I got to see the chill side of Berlin where I got to shop and hang around without the whole hassle of touristing around.

The whole purpose of me going to Berlin? The Bread&Butter event of course! What used to be an event by invitation only, Bread & Butter has transformed into a trendshow where basically Tom, Dick and Harry can come and sniff up the fashion air. With celebrities such as Gigi Hadid and ASAP Rocky attending the venue, Zalando went all out making this 3 day event worth your while. From spotting trends to spotting fashion shows, Bread & Butter is the whole package to satisfy your style cravings.
