MONICA’S INTERIOR UTOPIA: Three Bathroom Inspirations That Got My Fluids Running

cover

MONICA HAS BOUGHT AN APARTMENT – Let me tell you that designing an apartment is not easy peasy! While it is super fun to finally enjoy interior stores and appreciate my friend’s minimalistic apartment (shout out to you Astrid girl), I am constantly tempted to buy whatever that comes across my path, interiorwise. BUT LET’S GET REAL – I got to focus and take it step by step, starting with moodboards. First up bathroom!

On a regular basis, I will now be covering interior stories on my blog. One: it is easier for me to get all my interior inspiration on one platform and two: besides clothing, I will also be spending a lot of my money on my interior. So I might as well share it with you guys.

THREE BATHROOM INSPIRATIONS THAT GOT MY FLUIDS RUNNING!

  1. ALL DAY, EVERY DAY MARBLE

In a perfect world where I am rich and have all the money, I would definitely go for an all marble bathroom with gold touches. I can see myself tiptoeing on marble tiles, running the bath while I sit and wait, reading a magazine in my marbled bathroom.

  1. SCANDINAVIAN GREY

HOWEVER – I am not rich nor is this a perfect world. So plan B would definitely be a grey-ish minimalistic bathroom with black details. Grey textured tiles do not come cheap so depending on my budget, I might have to go for plan C.

  1. ALL WHITE AND TILES

A BIRDY TOLD ME – that white tiles that you see in kitchens are very budget friendly and are perfect for the bathroom. Now if that birdy is wrong, I need someone to give me a reality check! However, an all-white bathroom has it perks. It brightens up the room, it looks larger. Plus, I think I will definitely be at peace when I’m surrounded by white.
