Belgian designers should not be underestimated. With more Belgians working in the fashion industry than people actually realize, I want my readers to get to know Belgian designers during my weekly Belgian Corner segment (said as if I were doing talkshow). Next up: Marius Petrus

MariusPetrus is a menswear label by Belgian designer Marius Op’t Eynde. Marius started his own brand after graduating with a bachelor Fashion Design from Artez in The Netherlands, and interning at McQueen and Raf Simons. His collections are bold and striking.

By using graphic shapes, bold colors and architectural prints, Marius Petrus slowly made a mark with his fashion signature.

Taking inspirations from humble workwear and uniforms, Marius was able to create an interesting blend of men’s heritage and future concepts.
